HELPFUL INFORMATION:

Need to "work from home" no problem... 

bring your laptop along and jump on our wi-fi.

I Accept all forms of debit/credit cards & cash.

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULE POLICY:

To continue providing the best possible scheduling options to my guests, I do require a 48-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. All appointments canceled within 48 hours will be subject to a 50% charge of the scheduled service price and due before rescheduling.

LATE POLICY:

I strive to always be on time for my guest & I value each of your time. If you are running behind, please let me know. I will do my best to accommodate you. However, if you are over 15 minutes late, you may be asked to reschedule & a cancelation fee would apply. 

RE-DO POLICY:

I strive to offer my guest the highest level of guest satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your haircut or color, let me know within seven days of your visit, and I’m happy to correct the issues with no additional charge.

Covid-19 POLICY:

We are taking extra precautions to ensure our salon stays a safe and healthy place for all. We have increased our sanitization standards overall salon areas to meet and exceed Minnesota state board regulations. 

These are the current protocols required to receive a service at this time.

If you are experiencing any symptoms of being ill or have been exposed to covid-19, you are required to cancel your appointment.

Temperatures may be taken upon entering the salon.

Masks are required to be worn for the entire time while inside the salon.
